If I had less time to get in shape I would just stick with protein and vegetables and try to cut out anything elaborate. It’s a little ‘what I did for the show. “. I’m not big on exercise. Of course I work out, but not as crazy as some of the other VS girls who work every day, I’m not like that. If I worked as much as they would like to get tense in the shoulders and not look good when I walk on the runway. If I need to shape up, drink plenty of fluids, especially water, and try not to eat as many dinners as heavy as I usually do, because I like the food – especially the dinners. Instead, I’ll eat a lot for breakfast, such as omelets, a bit ‘less for lunch and then for dinner I’ll just have a salad mixed using the leaves darker (they are the best for you and help get rid of the fat off the abdominal) and therefore very little carbohydrates

Having said that, I think it’s important to have some carbohydrates in your diet otherwise you will not have any energy -. I made a crazy diet once and I are totally stupid and I could not think properly, it was terrible. I always take aloe vera as the capsules are great for anti-aging and sun damage. “
