Ah, award ceremonies. Every year they bring nights packed full of bubbles, delicious food and all the celebrity glitz and glamour you could ask for. And when it comes to the UK, the BAFTAs is one of the best nights in the biz.

This year’s celebrations will be no different, so of course we want to know all the juicy details – namely, what will the stars be sipping and snacking on during the night?

It’s a no-brainer that the go-to drink for a night of celebrating is, of course, champagne, provided by family brand Tattinger for the 16th year in a row.

As well as champers, approximately 2,046 bottles of wine – provided by Villa Maria – are served over BAFTA weekend, enough to fill well over 10,000 glasses. That’s a lot of wine…

As for the food, the menu is a mouthwatering ensemble created by Grosvenor House’s Nigel Boschetti and BAFTA 195 Picadilly’s Anton Mangaaro, that features a vegan starter for the first year ever (even BAFTA party planners were doing Veganuary, it seems). Prepare to experience major food envy.

To start with, guests will be served celariac cream and apple jelly with seeded crackers, garnished with pickled apple and celeriac, hazelnuts and golden raisins.

Next they’ll feast on slow cooked shoulder and cutlet of lamb with potato, kale and carrots, served with a garlic and thyme jus – and for veggies a fragrant parcel of sweet potato, bok choi, coriander and ginger, served with a coconut, mango and chilli salsa with basil sauce.

And to round the whole thing off, Hotel Chocolate are treating guests to the most decadent dessert we’ve ever heard of; 76% Supermilk Nicaragua Chuno pebble with sesame and Nigella seed brittle and a salted caramel chocolate ganache.

Um, can we come, BAFTA?
